Backwell Playhouse is a community theatre in North Somerset.

The Playhouse is a unique space, with 99 seats raking to an open and flexible performance area. The space has been used for plays, dance recitals, music performances, films, and presentations, with full technical facilities…and it’s even hosted productions in the round!

There is a bar area serving hot and cold drinks from tea, coffee, squash, juices, carbonated and soft drinks – including other beverages such as beer, lager, and wine…

…and for the young or seasoned performers there are newly refurbished backstage amenities…this offers great facilities for all age groups.
